The CravenSpeed Strut Tower Brace is a 3/4" solid aluminum brace that creates a rigid connection between the front strut towers in your R56. By tying these two points together, chassis flex is reduced, and your suspension is allowed to do its job more effectively.
Chassis flex can even effect steering as the mounting points of the suspension move in relation to each other. So not only does limiting this flex help the suspension keep the rubber on the road, it also helps to make the steering feel more predictable and precise.
Taking it a step further, we chose to make the end plates out of 1/2" thick billet aluminum, providing an extra layer of protection for your strut towers from sharp bumps, potholes, and rough roads. The strut tower brace is only as strong as it's the weakest link, so heavy duty hardware is used to hold it all together. All parts are machined in the USA. Installation is very simple and does not require any lifting or jacking of the vehicle. Check out the install guide below for more info.
